Global Sports Solutions work closely with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) the Australian College of Sports Development (ACSD).
Together they have created a range of nationally recognised sports based traineeships.
Included in the training packages offered are School-Based Traineeships. School-Based Traineeships are open to students over the age of 14 years 9 months who are enrolled in school.
The traineeships contribute toward the student’s end of year school score. The course is flexibly delivered by ACSD in both a face to face environment as well as on-line. The student is linked to a host employer within the sporting industry and undertakes paid employment for the practical work undertaken throughout the duration of the course.
ACSD have a wide scope of course available, giving students a wider variety of options.
Global Sports Solutions are constantly seeking host employers within the sporting industry to host trainees.
School-based traineeships allow high school students to work with an employer as paid employees while studying for their Senior Certificate.
At the same time, students undertake a training qualification with a registered training organization chosen by both the employer and the student.
